Before that, John worked in Germany for three years in equity research and IT consulting. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a MS in engineering-economic systems, a BS in electrical engineering, and a MA/BA in German Studies from Stanford University.

Since joining CCG in 2008, Neil has also been playing the primary role in building and organizing the move of CCG Beijing office. Prior to joining CCG Asia, Neil worked as the head of investment department in a basic telecom operator in China. His primary responsibility was to lead the company’s overseas financing business. Earlier in his career, he was also involved in various mergers and acquisitions projects in logistics and high technology.
