Kalle Ahl joins CCG Investor Relations as an Account Manager in the New York office. Prior to joining CCG, he worked nearly six years as a sell-side equity research analyst, covering event-driven special situations for Cathay Financial, LLC. Most recently, he served as a consultant to senior executives at CPM Braxis, the largest Brazilian IT services company. Kalle is a CFA charterholder.

Kate Zhao is responsible for implementing strategic media plans for CCG's clients. Kate Zhao graduated from the City University of New York with a Master's degree in journalism and majored in business and finance reporting. Zhao has experience in covering public companies at Dow Jones Newswires, the Wall Street Journal and China Business News in Silicon Valley and still serves as a columnist at 21st Century Business Herald, the most influential business newspapers in China. She won a series of scholarships and fellowship based on her investigative business stories.

Cathy Loos is responsible for creating and executing strategic media relation programs for CCG clients. Prior to joining CCG, Cathy was a Vice President at WT Blase & Associates, a media relations firm with a core specialization in financial services media placement. Previously, Cathy was also a Vice President at MBNA America (since acquired by Bank of America) where she managed client relationships and directed marketing efforts for co-branded financial services products. She holds a degree in English with a concentration in Business and Technical Writing from the University of Delaware.

Pierre Maccagno joined CCG Investor Relations as Account Manager in 2010. Previous to joining CCG he worked as a Sr. Equity Analyst covering the Alternative Energy, Wireless Semiconductor and Materials related sectors. Pierre was ranked #1 in the “Best on the Street” 2006 survey in the semiconductor segment conducted by the Wall Street Journal. He also was ranked #1 in the “Top Global Analysts” 2007 poll in the semiconductor segment conducted by the Financial Times/StarMine.

Halley is a Marketing Associate at CCG New York office, where her major responsibilities include planning and implementing the agency’s marketing projects, new business development, preparation and analysis of strategic plans, research and translation support to the President. Prior to joining CCG, Halley worked at Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management in New York as a summer analyst. In that role, she received training in financial analysis and planning, screened individual equity and fixed income portfolios, and liaised between wealth managers and high-net-worth clientele.

Bryan Blake joins the CCG team as a Market Intelligence Executive, acting as the liaison to the investment community for CCG clients. Prior to joining CCG, Bryan was a Credit Specialist on the Leverage Loans trading desk at Barclays Capital. At Barclays, Bryan was responsible for providing primary research support to both the Leveraged Loan trading and sales teams. Bryan has five years of experience in private wealth management sales, client relations and equity/credit research. Bryan earned a BA in Public Policy & Law from Trinity College and holds FINRA series 7 and 66 licenses.

Kristin Knies joins the CCG team as the Senior Market Intelligence Executive acting as the liaison to the investment community for CCG clients. Prior to joining CCG, Kristin was a Vice President in Equity Capital Markets at Needham and Company, LLC. At Needham, Kristin was responsible for driving the firm's corporate access activities and overseeing hundreds of non-deal roadshows annually for growth-stage technology and biotechnology companies.

Athan Dounis is an Account Manager at CCG Investor Relations. Prior to joining CCG, Athan served in investor relations and financial marketing positions at Financial Dynamics, Citigroup Alternative Investments and Knightsbridge Advisers. He also has experience in corporate finance and private equity, having worked at Citigroup Private Equity, where he was a member of the investment team, and Deutsche Bank Securities, where he was part of the investment banking division.

Diane Peng is an Investor Relations Associate at CCG New York Office, where her major responsibilities include new business development, analysis and preparation of strategic plans, coordination of press releases, client communications and administrative support to the President. Prior to joining CCG, Diane worked for two and a half years as a Program Manager at the Asian American Business Development Center in New York. In that role, she collaborated closely with both public and private sectors to develop and foster trade and investment ties between New York State and China.
