Yayi International, Inc. (“Yayi” or the “Company”) is engaged in the production and distribution of premium goat milk formula products for infants, toddlers, young children, and adults in the People’s Republic of China. The Company's current formula product lines are targeted at the premium segment of the dairy market and health-conscious consumers. Headquartered in Tianjin, the Company sells and distributes its products through a network of approximately 3,600 retail points including infant-maternity chain stores, supermarkets (including multinational chains), and drug stores, as well as catalogue sales across China. The Company is vertically integrated and sources raw goat milk from its proprietary dairy farms as well as neighboring goat dairy farmers on a long-term contract basis in collection centers, which helps it maintain quality control.
