Solar EnerTech Corp. (Solar EnerTech) is engaged in the manufacturing of photovoltaic (PV) solar energy cell (PV Cell). The Company manufactures PV solar cells, designs and produces advanced PV modules for a range of applications, such as standard panels for solar power stations, roof panels, solar arrays and modules incorporated directly into exterior walls. The Company’s manufacturing operations consisted of one 25 megawatt solar cell production line and 50 megawatt of solar module production facility. The Company’s manufacturing facility is located in Shanghai, China. The Company’s solar cells and modules are sold under the brand name SolarE. The Company’s total revenue for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2009, was $32.8 million and its end users are mainly in Europe.
