Account Manager
Pierre Maccagno joined CCG Investor Relations as Account Manager in 2010. Previous to joining CCG he worked as a Sr. Equity Analyst covering the Alternative Energy, Wireless Semiconductor and Materials related sectors. Pierre was ranked #1 in the “Best on the Street” 2006 survey in the semiconductor segment conducted by the Wall Street Journal. He also was ranked #1 in the “Top Global Analysts” 2007 poll in the semiconductor segment conducted by the Financial Times/StarMine. He has worked in Equity Research since 1998 at several investment banks including Needham & Co, Schroders, JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers. Previously he worked in industry at Signetics (developing integrated circuit test structures), IBM (in process development of magnetic materials for magneto-resistive and inductor heads), STMicroelectronics (semiconductor technology development for flash memories) and Novellus Systems (in process development of chemical vapor deposition films for ICs). He holds a BS in Physics from Brown University, a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Columbia University.
