Since being promoted to Senior Account Executive in 2010, Johnny has continued to expand his skills and capabilities in the areas of client service, business development and as a manager. Johnny has fostered team building and pioneered a mentorship program in the Shanghai office. He is talented at building strong client relationships and has made a sigificant contribution to new business.

Johnny Wang is a Director with CCG Asia’s Shanghai office. Prior to joining CCG Asia, Johnny worked in the Debt Capital Markets Origination group at Deutsche Bank in New York on a team mainly covering North American clients in the energy, chemicals, utilities and technology sectors. In that role, he conducted data analysis and provided sound capital origination plans for clients with financing needs. Johnny also had experience in private wealth management with Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong. He has passed his CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) Level I exam and has plans to proceed to Level II. Johnny holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School with concentrations in Finance and Management. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and the Shanghai dialect, and proficient in Japanese.
