Gulf Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: GFRE), Gulf Resources operates through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shouguang City Haoyuan Chemical Company Limited (“SCHC”) and Shouguang Yuxin Chemical Industry Co., Limited (“SYCI”).
