Well-defined action plans serve as the basis of CCG Asia’s thoughtful, customized and effective client programs. At the beginning of every agency/client relationship, each CCG Asia client signs off on a strategic plan specific to the needs of that company, and subsequently pays a consistent monthly retainer fee agreed upon at the outset of the program. Our Account Supervisors and Account Managers take the lead in creating each strategic plan, provide ongoing counseling, and play the key role of coordinating each month’s activities for each client.
